Sunset in Baird Bay

Without a doubt, this was one of the highlights of the trip so far – going to the very remote Baird Bay (a tiny little hamlet on the west coast of the Eyrie Peninsula with about 7 houses and a small campground) and going swimming with the sea lions and the dolphins. It was a very bumpy half an hour on a rutted road to get there, but it was so worth it once we did. We stayed in a great little free campground right on the water and were treated to the most beautiful sunset on our arrival (the night before our sea lions trip).
