Another flashback Thursday... this is going back to the very start of our camper van tour! We had decided to go to Anglesea on the Great Ocean Road for a couple of nights to ease into our camping adventure. The park we stayed at wasn't particularly great (I can say that now with benefit of many weeks and many parks experience) but it was on the beach and close to town and so was a good place to start.
We were advised not to surf at Anglesea beach itself but instead drive a few km down the coast to Point Roadknight. It was a perfect beach for beginner surfers but the funny day of sun and showers drove us off a bit early.
